Service Description
A 60–90 minute working session for shop owners and managers dealing with technician turnover, training gaps, hiring friction, or recurring operational problems. Leave with clearer priorities and practical next steps. Before the call it is imperative that some steps are taken on your end. There are links to forms that MUST be filled out before the call. This helps us to understand your organization beforehand, so we can focus on solutions during the call instead of collecting information. Those links can be found on the consulting services pages just above the booking link to the diagnostic session.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Initial consultations are scheduled intentionally and require preparation. To respect both parties’ time, IronSight Consulting maintains the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: - Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. - Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for rescheduling. - Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the consultation being forfeited. - IronSight Consulting reserves the right to determine whether rescheduling is appropriate based on the circumstances. - If you need to make changes to a scheduled consultation, please do so as early as possible.
