This engagement is designed for organizations seeking clarity without immediate disruption.

The Focused Diagnostic Review centers on identifying the most immediate sources of friction affecting technician retention and day-to-day performance. Through targeted observation, leadership discussion, and high-level system review, IronSight surfaces clear patterns and priority areas that may be contributing to instability or disengagement.

This tier is often appropriate when:

• Turnover is increasing but not yet critical

• Leadership senses a problem but lacks visibility

• There is uncertainty about where to focus corrective effort

On-Site Operational Diagnostics

This is IronSight’s core engagement and is appropriate when problems persist despite prior attempts to address them.

On-Site Operational Diagnostics involve hands-on observation within the shop environment and structured conversations across roles. The focus is on how training, workflow, expectations, and leadership decisions function in practice, rather than how they are intended to function on paper.

This tier examines:

• How technicians are trained and supported day to day

• Where workflow or production pressure undermines competence

• How leadership expectations translate at the bay level

• Where accountability and support are misaligned

This engagement is designed to make invisible system failures visible, providing leadership with a grounded understanding of what is driving outcomes.

Embedded Analysis & Advisory

This engagement is intended for organizations facing persistent turnover, chronic frustration, or systemic dysfunction that cannot be understood through short-term observation alone.

Embedded Analysis & Advisory allows for sustained diagnostic presence over time, enabling IronSight to observe patterns, validate findings, and provide advisory input as leadership evaluates structural or cultural changes.

This tier is appropriate when:

• Turnover has become normalized

• Prior initiatives have failed to stabilize the workforce

• Leadership recognizes that the problem is systemic rather than isolated

This engagement emphasizes understanding before action, helping leaders avoid costly missteps based on incomplete information.
