The Focused Diagnostic Review centers on identifying the most immediate sources of friction affecting technician retention and day-to-day performance. On-Site Operational Diagnostics involve hands-on observation within the shop environment and structured conversations across roles. The focus is on how training, workflow, expectations, and leadership decisions function in practice, rather than how they are intended to function on paper.
This tier examines:

Embedded Analysis & Advisory allows for sustained diagnostic presence over time, enabling IronSight to observe patterns, validate findings, and provide advisory input as leadership evaluates structural or cultural changes.
